Shipping Policy

We currently ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free on orders over $50)
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($15 flat rate)

100-Day Risk-Free Trial

We're so confident you'll love your Rinsy that we offer a 100-day risk-free trial. Install it, use it, and if it doesn't completely change your bathroom experience, you can return it for a full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return within your 100-day window:

1. Email us at returns@rinsy.co with your order number.
2. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
3. Pack the Rinsy (and all included hardware) in its original box.
4. Drop it off at your local carrier. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
